Adult Performance at Athletic Advantage is designed for adults who continue to pursue sport, competition, and high-level physical activity. Whether competing in recreational athletics, endurance events, fitness competitions, adult leagues, golf, tennis, pickleball, running, CrossFit, or simply maintaining an active athletic lifestyle, our programs provide structured, coach-led training focused on strength, movement quality, athleticism, and long-term performance.

Free Discovery Visit

Adults new to Athletic Advantage can schedule a free 15-minute discovery visit to meet with one of our coaches, discuss training goals, and determine the best performance program for their needs.

During the visit we will:

  • learn about your training history and goals

  • perform a brief movement screen

  • discuss your current activity level and schedule

  • recommend the appropriate academy and training frequency

This visit helps ensure every participant begins their training with a clear plan.

    The Adult Performance Academy is designed for adults who want a more intentional training experience built around strength, movement quality, athleticism, and long-term performance. Rather than following generic workouts or large group fitness classes, each participant begins with an individual assessment and movement screen before receiving a personalized training program tailored to their goals, experience level, and activity demands. Participants then complete their individualized program within a small-group training environment under the supervision of an Athletic Advantage coach.

    This structure combines the benefits of individualized programming, professional coaching, accountability, and the energy of training alongside others in a focused and supportive environment. The program is ideal for adults who continue to pursue active and athletic lifestyles and prefer structured, coach-led training over traditional gym environments. Memberships are billed monthly and allow participants to train up to their selected weekly frequency.
