Free Discovery Visit

Athletes new to Athletic Advantage can schedule a free 15-minute discovery visit to meet with one of our coaches, discuss training goals, and determine the best performance program for their needs.

During the visit we will:

  • learn about the athlete’s sport and training history

  • perform a brief movement screen

  • discuss goals and upcoming sport seasons

  • recommend the appropriate academy and training frequency

This visit helps ensure every athlete begins their training with a clear plan.

    Athletic Foundations is designed for elementary-aged athletes beginning their athletic journey. The program focuses on developing fundamental movement skills that support long-term athletic growth, including coordination, balance, agility, jumping and landing mechanics, body control, and confidence in movement.

    Classes are coach-led, structured, and age-appropriate, providing a fun and supportive environment where athletes learn movement skills, follow instruction, and build positive habits around training and physical activity.

    Athletic Foundations operates as a monthly membership with unlimited class attendance, allowing families the flexibility to participate multiple times each week. The program helps prepare athletes for more advanced training opportunities as they grow, including our Middle School Performance Academy.

    The Middle School Performance Academy introduces younger athletes to structured athletic training in a safe, supportive, and development-focused environment. The goal at this stage is to help athletes build proper movement mechanics, coordination, body control, foundational strength, and confidence with training.

    Every athlete begins with an individual assessment evaluating movement quality, coordination, training history, sport demands, and athletic capacity. Using this information, Athletic Advantage coaches develop an individualized training program tailored to the athlete’s needs and goals.

    Athletes complete their personalized program within a small-group environment (maximum of eight athletes per session), allowing for individualized coaching while benefiting from the energy and accountability of training alongside peers. Training seasons operate in structured three-month blocks aligned with the sports calendar, with reassessments completed at the end of each season to measure progress and guide future programming.

    Athletes commit to the full season but are billed monthly for convenience. New athletes may join mid-season on a prorated basis if space is available.

    The High School Performance Academy is designed for athletes seeking to improve strength, speed, power, movement efficiency, and overall athletic performance in preparation for the demands of high school and collegiate competition.

    Each athlete begins with an individual assessment evaluating movement mechanics, strength, athletic capacity, sport demands, training history, and upcoming competition schedules. Based on these findings, Athletic Advantage coaches develop a personalized training program focused on the athlete’s goals and performance needs.

    Athletes train within a small-group environment (maximum of eight athletes per session) while following individualized programming under direct coach supervision. Structured three-month training seasons allow athletes to build consistency and progress over time, with reassessments performed at the end of each season to evaluate improvement and update programming moving forward.

    Athletes commit to the full season but are billed monthly for convenience. New athletes may join mid-season on a prorated basis if space is available.

    Private training sessions are tailored to the athlete’s needs and scheduled based on coach and facility availability.

    Small group training allows athletes with similar goals to train together while still receiving focused coaching.

    These sessions are ideal for teammates who want to train together, athletes who prefer a shared training environment, or off-season groups preparing for upcoming seasons.

    A team-based version of our Performance Academy. Athletes train together as a closed group while still receiving individualized programming and structured progression. This option is ideal for teams that want to maintain continuity while following a proven development system. Priced the same as Performance Academy rates minus a 10% discount. Requires full upfront commitment

    — Team Training —

    Structured, coach-led training sessions designed for teams that prefer to train together without individualized programming. Ideal for offseason development, preseason preparation, or consistent team training environments. Sessions follow a progressive structure but are designed around the team as a whole. Pricing varies depending on team size and schedule
